Get Bynefit events into your tools

When something happens in your Space, like a new member or a form submission, Bynefit can tell Make, n8n or Zapier. You do not write code.

  1. In your tool, add a webhook trigger Make: Webhooks, Custom webhook. n8n: the Webhook node (use its test address while you set it up). Zapier: Webhooks by Zapier, Catch Hook. Copy the address it shows you.
  2. In Bynefit, add the endpoint Open /dash/integrations/webhooks as a Space admin, paste the address as the delivery URL and pick the events you want, such as member.joined or form.submitted.
  3. Send a test event Back on the webhooks page, choose Send test event on your endpoint. A sample event arrives in your tool within seconds, with the same fields a real one has, and the page tells you whether your tool accepted it. Your tool learns the fields from it. Prefer the real thing? Submit one of your forms instead.
  4. Use the fields Your tool shows the fields from the sample below. Map them to your spreadsheet, chat message or CRM.

What Bynefit sends

POSTapplication/json
{
  "id": "evt_9c2e5a1f…",
  "type": "member.joined",
  "team_id": 42,
  "created_at": "2026-10-10T14:02:11+00:00",
  "actor": { "id": null },
  "subject": { "type": "membership", "id": "…" },
  "data": { }
}

The full list of events and what each payload carries is on the Webhooks page. A test event looks the same, with an id that starts evt_test_ and "livemode": false added, so you can filter it out of a live sheet.

Want to check it really came from Bynefit?

Every delivery is signed. Checking the signature takes a few lines of code, which the Webhooks page shows. No-code tools mostly skip it, which is fine for a private workflow. Keep the address secret, because anyone who has it can post to your scenario.
