# Support and status

How to reach a person when an integration does not behave, and where status and changes live.

## Get help with an integration

Open a request with [Support](https://bynefit.com/support?category=technical). Starting from **Report an error on this page**, or from a link that carries a request ID, fills in the details below for you. You only add what happened.

- The docs page you were on is prefilled when you start from **Report an error on this page**.
- The *name* of the key you used. Never send the key itself.
- The `request_id` from the error response, or the `X-Request-Id` header, is prefilled when you follow a link that has it. Support uses it to find your call in the logs.
- What you are building, and whether it is code, an AI agent or a no-code tool. This one is yours to add.
- The request you made and the full response, including the status code and any `error` value.

Errors from the authenticated `/dash/api/v1` resource endpoints, the partner business and promotion endpoints and the test-mode sandbox carry a `request_id` and a `docs_url` that points to the explanation for that error. The partner beacon endpoints do not carry them yet. Read more under [Errors](https://bynefit.com/docs/authentication#errors).

## Status

(Available) The [status page](https://bynefit.com/docs/status) shows the API, sign-in, webhook delivery, the widget, hosted sites and email delivery, with 90 days of uptime and every incident we have posted. It also has an [Atom feed](https://bynefit.com/docs/status?format=atom) and a [JSON](https://bynefit.com/docs/status?format=json) endpoint.

A check runs against each component once a minute, from our own infrastructure. That means it cannot see a full outage of that infrastructure: if our servers or network are down, the checks stop too, and the page says it has no recent data, or may not load at all. It also does not test your own key, Space, site or webhook receiver. If something is broken for you and the page looks fine, tell Support.

## Changes

The [changelog](https://bynefit.com/changelog) lists what changed and when. The older `?key=` endpoint, employee tokens and widget keys are scheduled to switch off, and [Migrating from the legacy endpoint](https://bynefit.com/docs/legacy-sunset) says when and how to switch.

## Limits

Responses carry `X-RateLimit-*` headers, and a `429` carries `Retry-After`. Wait for that time before you retry.
